I know there’s no such thing as a magic cure but if there is, it would be Nicola! Over the last few years, Nicola has helped with easing tension in a few different areas, particularly working with myofascial therapy. I walk out after our sessions feeling an immediate improvement, which I am able to further work on through Nicola’s support on different stretches to try at home. I often think that Nicola is psychic (or perhaps just very knowledgable!). She is able to tune in to what your body needs and is especially skilled at figuring out that the tension in one area may be coming from another. Moreover Nicola is a warm and welcoming individual, who is passionate about what she does - I couldn’t recommend her more!

Saw Nicola with a pain in my foot, which she was quickly able to identify and treat. Not only that but she was also able to identify the underlying causes from other parts of the foot and leg and gave me some helpful guidance on stretching and looking after it in between treatments. So it’s not just my foot that feels better, but the whole surrounding area has loosened up too. Will definitely be back!

Nicola is superb and the best I’ve ever been to. She diagnosed the problem quickly and my leg has never felt better.
